The refusal of the Trump Administration to fully release the Jeffrey Epstein files has riled his MAGA base, many of whom voted for Trump in hopes he would reveal everyone related to the corrupt "financier." Trump indeed had a close friendship with Epstein and has gone back and forth on the subject. While it is possible he was simply a business associate of his, the more he appears to try to hide it, the more public suspicion grows. What I find most peculiar is why wasn't this information used by the Democratic ticket during the run up to the election? Either there was tremendous political incompetence at work or there was nothing serious related to Trump in the files.
