The common theme that runs through recent Supreme Court rulings is flagrant disregard and even hostility towards vulnerable segments of society. The striking down of affirmative action in college admissions, for instance, denies the reality of the effects of institutional racism that persist to this day. It would not surprise me if this radical court legalized child labor or made it illegal for women to own bank accounts. Seriously, I am curious how far right they will push their radical agenda...
