"PUTTING ALL THE EGGS IN ONE BASKET"

 9/12/21

I am vaccinated and plan to get a booster when eligible - I'd advise anyone else to do the same. That being said, the government needs to be far more active researching, developing, and fast-tracking medications and treatments for Covid-19 (no, not Ivermectin). For example, studies consistently show that fluvoxamine, a cheap OCD medication, successfully prevents Covid patients from getting seriously ill or dying. So why not fast-track its general use? Instead, the Biden Administration is pinning all its hopes on an unwilling population to get vaccinated, which is not realistic, given the pushback due to fears of it being unsafe. It would be more realistic to accept the fact that not enough of the public will cooperate with vaccination, and instead focus harder on creating a situation where if someone gets Covid, it isn't as big of a deal, because medications would be widely available to successfully prevent hospitalization and death.
