"MISSING BULLDOG"

  6/29/16 The News-Dispatch & 6/30/16 The Herald-Argus

By leaving the European Union, the UK has caused a great deal of political and economic uncertainty across Europe and around the world. The "Brexit" was decided by British voters, who wanted independence from Brussells to make its own decisions about what to do about the flow of immigrants from the Middle East among other issues. I also speculate that the British were tired of supporting the economically troubled parts of Europe like Greece and Italy. Fears of a "domino effect" of other nations leaving the EU greatly concerns Germany, who appears to have the greatest stake in holding the EU together. Time will tell what kind of fallout the Brexit will have or whether it was a wise decision for Britons to "take their country back."
