ISIS is expanding its terrorism to targets in the western world such as Paris, where restaurants, night clubs and other public places have been attacked. The United States, the European Union, Russia, China, and the rest of the civilized world is now on high alert for more ISIS atrocities largely put on for show. I find it perplexing that when statistically there are only so many sociopathic killers within a given population, that ISIS has managed to bring together tens of thousands of them into a kind of global army utilizing guerilla-type warfare and cowardly tactics, attacking unarmed civilians instead of going head-to-head with armies like legitimate armies are supposed to do.
