"INDECISION"

5/6/15 The News-Dispatch & 5/7/15 The Herald-Argus

The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing arguments to make gay marriage the law of the land and is expected to deliver a judgment in June. Conservative justices have indicated their opposition, while liberal justices have indicated their support for it. The only one on the fence is moderate justice Anthony Kennedy, who has voiced concerns about both discriminating and redefining an institution that has existed for millennia. Of course, whatever the decision, the poor guy will become the most hated man in America by the losing side. I believe that this issue should be left up to a national referendum and should not be left up to an individual to determine.
