Now that the Hostess brand of snack foods is
being liquidated and the company itself going
under, some people are actually selling Twinkies
on eBay for as much as $600 or keeping them and
other Hostess products as collectible
memorabilia.
If you've ever seen the show "Pawn Stars" on The
History Channel, people come in off the streets
with all kinds of stuff to either sell or pawn.
I've observed that the Pawn Stars store tends to
offer 40-50% of
an item's estimated value if there's a market for
it. So...I'd estimate Chumlee (the show's comic
relief) would get $250 to $300 for that Twinkie.
