President of Chick-fil-A Dan Cathy has come out
publicly against legalizing gay marriage,
opposing it like many do as being against his
religious beliefs. Democratic politicians in
some northern cities have tried to block the
restaurant from opening up new locations in
rebuttal.
Taking this heavy-handed and probably illegal
approach says something about the lack of
respect for free speech or freedom of religion
of some on the far left. After all, Chick-fil-A
never said it discriminates against hiring
homosexuals, which is the only legal leg one
could stand on to do what some are attempting to
do in the name of inclusion and tolerance.
