According to budget experts who have analyzed how Herman Cain's 9-9-9 Plan actually breaks down, it amounts to a tax increase for most Americans. Another curious fact is that one of the few things most Democrats and Republicans agree on is that they don't like it or take it seriously.
Except for 9-9-9 and his sexual harassment skeletons, I'd say most people know little else about candidate Cain on the issues. For many, that's all that they need to know, and now Newt Gingrich is becoming the "Flavor of the Month" for those who either legitimately dislike Mitt Romney's politics and style, or sadly are just bigoted towards Mormons.
