Obama should have done some fact-checking before taking Fox at its word in respect to Agriculture Department employee Shirley Sherrod making racist comments. The White House demanded her resignation, only to find out the allegations were untrue.
I detest the toxic, dishonest, and aggressively partisan journalism Fox engages in. They abandoned journalistic integrity for a conservative crusade, ignoring certain stories and practically inventing others when politically expedient. ALL the hosts are conservatives, and EVERYTHING featured has ONE, common, underlying theme: conservatives ALWAYS right - liberals ALWAYS wrong.
To be fair, they aren't the only ones in the media guilty of one-sided, biased reporting. MSNBC, Fox's Democratic counterpart, clearly has an impassioned liberal agenda superseding interest in reporting straight news. Many people need to come clean and admit their favorite news organizations are just feeding them what they want to hear instead of all that they need to hear.
