Elena Kagan has had to deal with public speculation about her sexuality as an added bonus to the same old dance that is the Supreme Court nomination process. Apparently playing softball makes you a lesbian - "not that there's anything wrong with it", to quote Jerry Seinfeld. I for one say it's nobody's business anyway, and feel that it's just an attempt to rally homophobes against her nomination.
