Democrats had a lot of reservations about Bolton's nomination on account of his habitual firings of subordinates. Though with nomination processes it becomes clear that both Democrats and Republicans instantly support or oppose a nominee initially purely on the basis of what party's interests they represent. THEN they look for the reasons why they will or won't nominate them. In Bolton's case, though, could it possibly have been the flowing mane?
