The truth is Dubya had a hard time emphathizing with most human beings except the unborn and stem cells. Like I've said, to him and some others on the religious right, once you're out of the womb, your well-being no longer is significant or anything to get worked up about. And those who do care about helping out those in need are considered by their like to be "socialists" who want to take away "our rights"...our rights to die without health insurance.
