It's really disturbing that we are largely at the mercy of OPEC and other oil-producing nations who don't have our interests in mind. Many will say, hey, let's drill here in the U.S. That's OK, but it's only a short-term solution. Where are the affordable electric cars? Who has been holding back innovations in this area?
